REMINDERS

Here’s a few reminders to help you get ready before the Session:


  1. Hydration: Drink plenty of water the day before and the morning of your IV therapy. Staying well-hydrated makes it easier for the Registered Nurse to find a vein and can improve the overall effectiveness of the therapy.

  2. Eat Light: Have a light meal or snack about an hour before your session. Avoid heavy or greasy foods.

  3. Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing. Consider wearing a short-sleeved shirt or something that can be easily rolled up to provide access to your arms.
