BEFORE:

  • Arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment

  • Hydrate

  • Avoid Alcohol and limit food intake an hour before your sauna session. Your body

    will be able to detox more effectively by not using that energy for digestion.

  • Oil and lotions tend to decrease perspiration by blocking pores. Apply these after

    your session for best results.

  • Wear loose clothing that are easy to slide into after your session.


AFTER:

  • Rehydrate

  • Allow your body to cool down naturally

  • Avoid sudden exposure to cold if you have cardiovascular issues

  • Take a shower to cleanse your skin of any toxins released through sweat

  • Steer clear of alcohol and caffeine post-sauna as these can dehydrate you

    further
